Inside Sales Representative will support outside sales activities, manage quote and order process, and assist in maintaining customer relations. Responsibilities include assisting outside sales representatives, creating customer databases, researching potential leads, and providing technical support to customers.
Requirements
- Sales & customer service training and/or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Possibility of attending tradeshows, so willingness to travel and valid passport
