Role Overview
The Data Analyst will assist with data input, usage, and training for Ohio’s Colleges and Universities, as well as provide customer support and perform analysis to assess data quality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with data management, providing customer support, responding to data requests, performing analysis, and ensuring data quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and writing skills
- Familiarity with statistical software such as SAS and SPSS; knowledge of SQL
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access software
- Ability to work in data collection and research environment
- Capable of writing detailed documents, conducting research in a team environment, and working with complex data
- Experience making presentations and leading discussions
- Solid customer service skills and teamwork experience are essential
