Role Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead the operational finance function and governance for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Shared Technology Services Program. The role will be responsible for delivering products and services through the DIR contract, managing billing and invoicing, and ensuring compliance with applicable Texas state requirements and internal controls.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading operational financial planning and analysis, accounting support, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. They will also own billing and invoicing governance, provide DIR operational support across procurement and order-to-cash processes, and track software licensing and entitlements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance, including responsibility for forecasting and executive reporting. They will also have experience with GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness, as well as experience supporting U.S. public sector contracting and Texas public sector experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
- 8+ years of experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, close/reporting, or commercial finance)
- Experience supporting U.S. public sector contracting
- Experience with GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial systems/ERP
- Ability to work U.S. public-sector engagements and comply with customer security and background-check requirements
