Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with our team to manage customer accounts, create new customer accounts, and develop existing customer opportunities.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with outside sales, production, shipping, mill leadership, and other cross-functional teammates to sell our products and services to customers, provide product pricing and availability to customers, and enter orders timely and accurately.

Requirements
- Understanding of and commitment to our Goal “To Take Care of Our Customer”
- Replying to customer inquiries regarding availability of inventory, rolling schedule, open order status, and pricing on both standard and special products, resolving customer service issues, taking customer orders, and load building for shipments.
- Effectively solicit opportunities with new and grow existing customer base.
- Working in concert with an Outside Sales Team in territory planning and customer development.
- Reporting/data manipulation (word documents, spreadsheets, power point presentations).
- Working with other departments, general office duties, and other duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.
