Requirements
- Experience working in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or a similarly analytical operational role
- Hands-on HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce, Workato, Snowflake, Zapier, ZoomInfo or similar GTM and data visualization tools
- Strong systems thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting marketing automation, segmentation, attribution, lifecycle management, lead routing, or campaign operations
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in reporting, operational diagnostics, and process optimization
