Role Overview

This role serves as a key technology and business partner supporting commercial and marketing teams through the delivery, optimization, and lifecycle management of marketing technology platforms.

Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into clear product and system capabilities across marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a technology, business, or product analyst supporting commercial, marketing, or customer‐facing systems within an IT or digital function.
• Hands‐on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics or reporting platforms), including requirements definition and user support (technical skills).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows that support marketing and commercial outcomes (business skills).
• Working knowledge of data concepts, integrations, and reporting to support campaign performance and customer insights (technical skills).
• Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and work across IT, marketing, and external vendors (leadership skills).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‐technical audiences and support change adoption (business and leadership skills).
