Sales Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

Supports DPS China sales performance by ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient operational execution across sales support processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with outsourced service providers, monitor service quality, analyze operational and process data, generate regular reports and dashboards, and ensure all sales operations activities comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in a multinational company
• Prior experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration preferred
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Strong PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities
• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and operational ownership
