Role Overview
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Account Management is a team leader responsible for executing the JJMT reprocessing strategy and managing all aspects of a reprocessing program in a specified geographic area. This role will work in cooperation with the JJMT Franchise Field Sales, and Sustainability Field Service in developing and maintaining key strategic business relationships.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Manager will achieve business objectives, drive value creation and growth, and serve as a reprocessing subject matter expert. They will oversee deal development, coach and develop a team of Sustainability Specialists, build strong relationships with franchise sales leaders and hospital personnel, and optimize customer savings.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the medical device industry and medical sales experience is preferred.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Experience analyzing and tracking sales data
- Prior experience in the medical device industry
- Medical sales experience preferred
