IoT Hybrid Work Technical Marketing – Early Career

Role Overview

The IoT Hybrid Work Segment team within the Secure Connected Edge Business Line is seeking a recent college graduate to support growth for MPU, microcontroller, and connectivity products. The role will work closely with Product Management, System/Application Engineering, software R&D, sales, and experienced segment marketers to help bring differentiated solutions to market.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will build an understanding of the Hybrid Work market, support short- and long-term revenue forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business analysis, and contribute research and customer insights to Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) for new hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing with a strong technical focus, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Foundational understanding of microcontrollers, application processors, connectivity, embedded systems, or related electronic technologies
• Interest in Hybrid Work applications such as collaboration devices, audio/video systems, enterprise peripherals, meeting-room technology, smart-office solutions, or secure connectivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with regional sales, engineering, marketing, customers, and partners across cultures and time zones
• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and follow issues through to resolution
• Flexible, motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning and the success of the broader NXP team
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional NXP teams, meet customers and partners, and attend industry events or trade shows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English and the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
