Role Overview

The Business Development Director will play a key role in shaping growth and expanding impact across the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care landscape. They will work closely with the CEO to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead the Business Development team.

Requirements

• Strong background in Post-Acute and Long-term care settings
• Effective leadership and team building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or communications, or 10+ years of relevant experience
