Role Overview
As Strategic Business Development Manager – Port Solutions, you develop and grow OceanScore’s relationships within the global port ecosystem. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role combining strategic thinking with active commercial development.
What You Will Do
You will build and maintain a relevant network across the global port ecosystem, identify and advance strategic opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to port authorities.

Requirements
- Strong experience in maritime, port governance, maritime sustainability, or maritime strategy
- Strong track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development
- Solid understanding of environmental and regulatory pressures facing ports
- Familiarity with port incentive mechanisms, including differentiated port dues and initiatives such as the Environmental Ship Index (ESI)
- Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders in the port or maritime sector and building trust-based relationships
