Role Overview
Join our B2B team in Sydney city and surrounding areas as an experienced Account Manager. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of business accounts, leading the day-to-day execution of your account strategy while aligning to monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Execute account plans, develop client relationships, achieve sales growth, customer retention, and overall account performance.

Requirements
- 7+ years in contract/account management
- 3+ years in face-to-face or field sales
- Proven track record of growing revenue within complex customer portfolios
- Forecasting, managing, and growing sales pipelines
- Proficiency using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM system
- Strong analytical abilities, using Excel to identify customer opportunities and prioritize actions
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide clear feedback
