Account Executive / Business Development Manager

OFX is seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. As an experienced hunter and sales closer, you’ll work to identify customer needs, effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management. Account Executives who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a full cycle closing sales role in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B SaaS, payments or FX, with demonstrated success closing deals worth $50k+ revenue p.a.
  • Post Secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and/or FX sales process for selling to SMB and/or Mid-Market segments
  • Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to educate clients and tailor solutions to meet needs.
  • Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors
  • Comfortable with SaaS applications, able to translate technical features into business benefits for clients.
  • Experience with CRMs specifically Salesforce. Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records
  • Ability to identify client needs and work towards solutions
  • Confident, articulate, professional communicator (verbal and written) with strong listening and presentation skills and the ability to establish relationships quickly
  • Team player with a competitive edge, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments. Persistent and goal oriented
