Role Overview
The Account Manager is the main day-to-day lead working with Account Management leaders and is responsible for following the process from project initiation to delivery. They must be proactive in running initiatives while still being a team player and supporting the cross-functional team with delivering on client expectations.
What You Will Do
Support Senior Account Managers and Account Supervisors in managing all the brand’s projects, ensure delivery of high-quality communication products, lead client status, and manage day-to-day client relationship on ongoing projects.

Requirements
- 2+ years related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience
- Outstanding organization and prioritization abilities
- Working knowledge of all media (print, TV, radio and digital)
- PAAB and ASC understanding and basic negotiation skills (for Canadian Accounts)
- Financial Management abilities – experience in building estimates and managing project profitability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A service attitude
- Ability to work independently and to take ownership while being a team player and mindful of others
- Ability to listen, learn and add value
