Role Overview

As a Manager, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI), GOC, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

What You Will Do

Define business requirements to build and maintain stable data architecture that supports marketing efficiency and reliable reporting. Design, build, and deploy automated ETL processes and SQL/Python scripts to streamline data extraction, quality checks, and reporting delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence, preferably within a digital marketing agency, media agency, or commerce media environment.
• Advanced, hands-on Power BI expertise is required; experience with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R for test automation, ETL scripting, and data manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven understanding of software QA methodologies, test-case planning, and automated testing frameworks applied to data pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with ad-tech and digital platforms, such as Google Campaign Manager, social platforms, and DSPs, as well as web analytics tools.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure is a plus, preferably Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow, or equivalent AWS/Azure services.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within an onshore/offshore operating model.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
