Role Overview

As the Senior Manager of Analytics, you will drive data-driven strategies and operational efficiencies across our global Restaurant Sales, Services, and Marketing teams. You will analyze complex datasets to uncover critical trends, model revenue opportunities, and translate operational data into strategic action plans for executive leadership.

What You Will Do

Sophisticated analytics to support global Restaurant Sales and Services and Marketing decisions. Monitor and understand the health of the teams and markets by creating helpful reporting tools that derive action items and insights.

8+ years of professional experience in an analytics role, with a proven track record of using data to drive strategic recommendations. Proficiency in SQL, relational database management, and big data analysis and ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in an analytics role
• Proficiency in SQL, relational database management, and big data analysis
• Experience in sales and revenue operations, including territory management, sales goaling, commission plans, SPIF, etc.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting findings to executive leadership and detailing business processes, use cases, and business requirements
