Finance Systems Lead (FP&A Systems Manager)

Role Overview

The Finance Systems Lead (FP&A Systems Manager) will be responsible for owning the administration, architecture, and ongoing optimization of the Adaptive Planning environment. The role will partner closely with FP&A, FBPs, Data Services, and Technology teams to improve the quality, efficiency, and governance of forecasting data and flows.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the forecasting and planning model is well structured, scalable, controlled, and fit for purpose. They will also be responsible for managing dimensions, hierarchies, levels, accounts, attributes, mappings, and reporting structures.

The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights experience, strong experience as an Adaptive administrator and model builder, and a good understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights experience
• Strong experience as an Adaptive administrator and model builder
• Good understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes
• Strong practical data analysis skills, including SQL and/or Python
• Multi-entity and multi-currency planning experience
• Experience managing Adaptive integrations and data loads
• Ability to understand complex models, translate, and build in Adaptive
