Senior Sales Director

Role Overview

Lead a team of three First Line Sales Managers and an organisation of approximately 20 sales professionals. Drive significant ARR growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performance sales culture.

Lead a fast-paced, high-volume sales organisation focused on acquiring new customers through multiple smaller transactions, while maintaining operational excellence and forecasting discipline.

Requirements

• Proven second-line sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading three or more Sales Managers in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong track record of delivering and exceeding ARR and revenue targets
• Significant experience selling Cloud Applications, particularly ERP, Financial Management or broader Business Applications
• Deep understanding of solution selling across multiple industry verticals
• Proven success operating within a high-volume, transactional sales environment
• Hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing leaders
• Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into executable sales plans
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management and operational discipline
• Data-driven decision maker with strong commercial and analytical acumen
• Experience building inclusive, high-performance cultures focused on accountability and development
• Excellent talent acquisition, succession planning and performance management skills
