The Senior Financial Analyst-Seniors Housing Investment Sales position at Lument is focused on the sale of seniors housing real estate transactions, including underwriting, market research, property tours, and preparation of offering memorandums, marketing, and term sheet negotiation.
Requirements
- Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions
- Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions
- Responsible for the preparation of valuation analysis and marketing materials for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV’s), Offering Memorandums (OM’s)
- Manage the due diligence process and work through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction
