Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the credit union’s Salesforce platform.

What You Will Do

Manages and configures Salesforce settings, objects, fields, workflows, process automation, page layouts, and record types. Creates and maintains user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules, and third-party Salesforce apps and integrations from the AppExchange is required. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years designing and implementing Salesforce platform solutions and complex flows
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules
  • Familiarity with third-party Salesforce apps and integrations from the AppExchange
  • Basic understanding of development tools like Apex and Lightning
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is preferred
