Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is responsible for fostering positive relationships between sales and marketing to facilitate revenue via marketing lead generation through sales-closed won deals. The SOS is charged with the ongoing analysis of lead generation, sales process, and sales reporting. The SOS is also charged with monitoring the receipt of contracts from signed quotes and ensuring documentation flow from the CRM to the ERP. The SOS is charged with routine data integrity, clean-up, and overall monitoring of the CRM to ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Track quote and contract completion, assisting both Sales, Accounting, and Legal when necessary
  • Coordinate and communicate with Sales, Operations Manager, and revenue leadership
  • Maintain data integrity within CRM to ensure accurate reporting
  • Leverage data within CRM to evaluate market trends and competitive influence
  • Coordinate campaign efforts with marketing and sales to aid execution
  • Coordinate with Hardware Procurement and Billing teams to communicate any changes to existing product offers with Sales BU

Knowledge & Requirements

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing corporate priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Proficient utilization of CRM, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum years of work experience: 3 years
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in B2B in marketing or client success or sales

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk
  • Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs
  • Occasional twisting of body
  • Occasional reaching by extending hands and arms in any direction
  • Occasional lifting, pulling, or pushing
