Role Overview

The Delivery & Growth Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of product and engineering objectives within a designated scope. They will work in close partnership with an experienced Individual Contributor (IC) to support, influence, and encourage the growth and development of individuals at Senior and below role levels with their career growth and performance.
