Join Owens Corning in making the world a better place by reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. As a Sales Manager, you will partner closely with the Baltics sales team to execute the Insulation strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
What You Will Do
Building confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders, providing consultative service, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Experience in b-2-b sales, preferably within the construction or building service industry.
- Curious about customer needs and able to translate them in our value proposition and pricing guidelines.
- Ability to read and discuss technical and architectural drawings with engineers and prescribers.
- Experience and working knowledge with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Understanding local building codes and law standards, especially energy efficiency, roofs or facades.
- Pipeline management expertise, including forecasting, prioritization and opportunity tracking.
- Strong influencing skills with a track record of building, negotiating and closing deals.
- Disciplined and systematic use of CRM as an integral part of daily sales work.
- Proven experience and network in Estonian building market.
- A continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in our processes.
