Role Overview
The District Sales Manager – Northeast Region will be responsible for coordinating truck sales programs, implementing policies with dealer organization, and establishing an effective counseling and advisory role with dealer management. The role requires approximately 65%+ travel and will involve working with dealers to close sales, financing, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of wholesale/retail Class 7 and 8 heavy duty truck or parts sales experience, or relevant experience in related capital equipment / heavy equipment industries.
What You Will Do
Make customer calls with dealer personnel, provide required assistance in closing sales, financing and leasing, coordinate truck sales programs, and communicate with dealers regarding truck sales activities, inventory practices, wholesale trucks to dealers, financing and leasing programs.

Requirements
- 4-Year Degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration
- 8-10+ years wholesale/retail Class 7 and 8 heavy duty truck or parts sales experience
- Experience in Truck financing and Truck Leasing practices is preferred
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, communications required
