Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides essential internal support to the Sales organization, conducting detailed data analysis, assisting with pricing requests, and facilitating communication across teams.

What You Will Do

Update Salesforce, create cash flows, generate reports, perform detailed Excel-based reporting and analysis, assist Sales team members, support pricing updates, and provide operational support for fleet management functions.

1+ year of sales operations experience, associate degree or equivalent professional experience, ability to generate value-added reports, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales operations experience (or equivalent)
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to generate value-added reports by synthesizing data from ERP, order processing, and CRM systems
• Strong working relationships, values diverse perspectives, and works seamlessly with cross functional teams to deliver results
• Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and evolving processes while maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently
• Works well with others
