Role Overview
Lead regional service sales by developing and executing strategic sales plans, customer development initiatives, and sales budgets.
What You Will Do
Develop, innovate, and execute strategic sales plans, customer development plans, sales budgets, and supporting processes. Own regional sales performance by monitoring revenue, forecasts, KPIs, market trends, and progress toward targets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Several years of Sales experience in the Marine environment, preferably in a leadership position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ERP-related software/platforms. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree
- Several years of Sales experience in the Marine environment, preferably in a leadership position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ERP-related software/platforms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
