Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for forecasting goals and objectives for the department, attending managers’ meetings, and ensuring that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating sales employees, as well as reviewing their performance and developing programs for improvement.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including setting sales and gross objectives for salespeople, guiding them in setting their objectives, and reviewing their performance. They will also be responsible for conducting sales training meetings, working with salespeople on programs to increase vehicle gross and F&I penetration, and submitting weekly commissions to the Office Manager.
