What You Will Do
Lead a nationally distributed BDM and BD Associate team, implement national sales initiatives and campaigns, drive sales execution, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent adoption of sales tools/CRM.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a national or multi-state BDM or sales team within broker-distributed lending
- Senior background in a non-bank or specialist mortgage lending environment
- Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
- Deep understanding of residential mortgage lending — prime, specialist and non-conforming structures
- Strong grasp of aggregator and broker network operating models, commercial drivers and governance expectations
- Commercial acumen to interpret sales data, portfolio trends and performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office
