What You Will Do
Actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles. Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers and generate additional revenue by upselling and cross-selling. Engage with C-suite executives and other top-level directors to initiate and maintain meaningful relationships, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate our solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements
- 6-8 years of overall sales experience in EOR, recruitment/staffing or B2B SaaS industry
- Minimum 3 years in Outbound Sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close deals
- Self-starter with proven success in outbound lead generation in a competitive and results-driven environment
- Customer-first attitude with an ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
- Passionate about all aspects of lead generation including cold-calling and social selling
- Relentless and creative approach to generating pipeline and revenue
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including customer success, marketing, product, and engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to self-motivate and adapt to a changing environment
- Experience selling into the Australia/NZ markets is advantageous
