Role Overview
Paytm is looking for an experienced sales professional & people manager to be a part of the QR & Sound Box vertical. The role involves growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations, visibility & accountability through QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product, and identifying and recruiting sales team to align and drive business in the Market.
What You Will Do
Growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations, visibility & accountability through QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product, identifying and recruiting sales team to align and drive business in the Market, planning market size, span and geographies for ASMs, devising best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team, monitoring quality parameters, validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.

Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales – business development, B2C markets
- MBA (Marketing)
- Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring
- Quick learner who grasps and puts into application the new learnt ideas and concepts
