Role Overview

The Director, Business Performance is a senior Finance Operations leader responsible for leading the enterprise Business Performance capability across Clinical, Commercial, and Development & Manufacturing. The role connects financial and operational insight to decisions, actions, and measurable value creation.

What You Will Do

The Director will lead the specialist team, deploy resources against enterprise priorities, and partner closely with Segment Finance Leads, Site Finance Directors, and Corporate FP&A. Success is reflected in stronger performance visibility, clearer accountability, and sustained improvement in margin, cash, capital effectiveness, and strategic-program value realization.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing economics, profitability, operational value drivers, working capital, and capital investment
• Experience influencing senior Finance, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders and translating analysis into measurable action
• Strong forecasting, scenario analysis, business-case, and executive-communication capability
