Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call By Call Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electrical Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative and strong leadership and management skills.

What You Will Do

As a Call By Call Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. You will also be responsible for developing a service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed to achieve profitability goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electrical Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Dependable self-starter, motivated
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Service Titan software
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality

Benefits

• Compensation: $65,000- $125,000 (DOE)
• Full time employment
• Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm
