Part-Time Research Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist

Role Overview

The Office of the Senior Vice President for Research seeks an experienced, collaborative Research Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist. This role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions for Penn State’s research enterprise.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets from multiple sources, and create user-friendly reporting tools. Analyze and present data to support decision-making. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience in healthcare, higher education, or research administration data environments, and familiarity with the research proposal lifecycle, is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail, are required.
