Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Support the Sales Operations Senior Manager by reviewing and qualifying all advertising insertion orders for media properties. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent multi-tasker, able to work independently, and detail-oriented with unfailing accuracy.

What You Will Do

Review insertion orders in CRM system for accuracy, support business units in CRM requests, run training sessions, and perform day-to-day departmental tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a business office, high proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to analyze large sets of data and identify issues.
