Product Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

Support the development and execution of product-line marketing activities to drive awareness, adoption, and customer engagement across the Pentair Pool business. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent positioning, channel readiness, and exceptional customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Translate product requirements and category needs into actionable marketing deliverables and messaging. Develop and manage marketing assets, including spec sheets, presentations, sales collateral, feature/benefit content, FAQs, videos, imagery, and more. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and readiness materials to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, brand management, or a related function
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to translate technical product information into customer-friendly messaging and compelling content
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization processes, and cross-functional coordination
• Familiarity with content management systems, digital platforms, and project management tools
• Analytical problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital asset systems is a plus
