Role Overview
The Manager, Business Development, works to improve the company’s market position in the Madison, Wisconsin area and achieve sustainable revenue growth. This externally focused position reports to the location’s project director and is a strategic sales and business development role focused on generating business opportunities, building key customer relationships, contributing to project pursuit efforts and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
What You Will Do
Develop relationships that generate sales opportunities to achieve business goals, ensure the company is presented with optimum business opportunities, and proactively develop and implement annual marketing plans.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and abilities to collaborate cross-functionally

- Bachelor’s degree with AEC or Business emphasis preferred
- 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry or 7 years of experience in business development or comparable role
