Role Overview

As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture. You’ll support CX Specialists and customers as a subject matter expert in product knowledge and customer care.

What You Will Do

You’ll receive and handle escalated customer concerns, use common call center technology, and manage your own work. You’ll also provide an exceptional customer experience, building a relationship of trust and enthusiasm with customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a Contact Lead Customer Experience Specialist, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
  • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) a plus
