Hotel Sales Manager (Dual)

As a Hotel Sales Manager (Dual), you are responsible for identifying and developing target accounts, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to meet or exceed individual sales goals for revenue, ADR, and group business for three Select Service hotels in the Atlanta market.

Requirements

  • Exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual targeted sales goals.
  • Maintain an active list of target accounts to ensure continuous relationship development.
  • Establish new client relationships and maintains existing relationships to maximize revenue.
  • Actively solicits new business opportunities through prospecting target client lists.
  • Respond in a timely manner to incoming group sales opportunities that are within pre-defined parameters.
  • Coordinate and plan all familiarization tours (FAMs), in-market customer events, and site inspections—both for out-of-market and in-market accounts—ensuring thorough communication with Event Management and effective data collection to support targeted planning, while tracking bookings and leads generated from these activities.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, 4 Keys service standards, brand guidelines, and safety and security procedures.
