Corporate National Sales Manager, Hispanic/Latin Segment

Role Overview

This role partners with corporate and Operating Companies (OpCos) to develop and execute growth strategies within the Hispanic/Latin segment. The National Sales Manager acts as a strategic advisor, coach, and influencer, bridging corporate strategy and OpCo execution. This is a high-travel position (up to 80%) supporting the Mid-South Region, with the ideal candidate residing in Tennessee or Georgia.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Hispanic/Latin segment to expand customer base, market share, and branded product presence. Collaborate with field leadership and Corporate Procurement to build a product portfolio, provide sales leadership through coaching and training, and conduct business and trend analysis. Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and business reviews to support segment growth.
