Business Operations Manager, Marketing and Communications

Role Overview

The Business Operations Manager will build and run the operating system for the Communications and Marketing team, keeping the wheels turning and ensuring the team can move fast and stay in lockstep.

What You Will Do

The Business Operations Manager will own the marketing and comms tool stack, build and maintain internal tools, run the team’s operating rhythm, manage agencies and vendors, and act as a thought partner and triage point to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role, and will be able to build things, turn messy inputs into numbers leadership can trust, and work closely with senior executives.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role
  • Experience managing agency, contractor, or vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Exceptionally organized and genuinely relational
  • A clear, direct communicator
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with and as a trusted partner to senior executives
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and thinks in scale
