CIBINQO HCP Marketing Director, Messaging Strategy & Pipeline Planning

Role Overview

The CIBINQO Marketing Director, Messaging Strategy & Pipeline Planning is a highly visible, strategically central role on the CIBINQO leadership team. This colleague will own the brand’s messaging evolution, working closely with the Brand Lead and HCP Lead. CIBINQO has a robust clinical trial program augmented by multiple Real World Evidence studies, and the brand’s messaging must continually evolve to differentiate and stand out.

What You Will Do

Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: owning and leading CIBINQO’s overall messaging evolution, continuously evolving messaging and positioning in response to new clinical data, publications, competitive shifts, and market research, and translating early clinical and competitive signals into long-range brand and portfolio strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing and/or consulting experience, including significant US pharmaceutical marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing and evolving brand messaging and positioning strategy
• Experience with pipeline planning, indication expansion, or new product launch strategy
• Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex clinical and competitive data into clear, compelling commercial strategy
• Strong business acumen and comfort operating in ambiguity, complexity, and a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
