Director, QSEO Digital Strategy & Operations Lead

Role Overview

The Director, QSEO Digital Strategy & Operations Lead is responsible for developing and driving the Quality, Safety, Environment & Operations (QSEO) Digital strategy and translating QSEO business priorities into an integrated portfolio of Digital investments, capabilities and transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

Develop and drive the QSEO Digital strategy, lead Digital portfolio planning, prioritize and budget manage investments, provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders, and lead QSEO Digital Governance and the VISTA forum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, technology, data, business or related discipline
• At least eight years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in Digital strategy, Digital transformation, portfolio management, program leadership or business operations
• Demonstrated expertise in translating business strategy into Digital priorities, portfolio plans and measurable outcomes
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a global, highly matrixed organization
• Experience managing portfolio priorities, budgets, resource requirements, interdependencies, risks and value realization
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and develop recommendations for highly complex and ambiguous business challenges
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, mobilize cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect Digital investments with business, operational and compliance outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated Digital and AI fluency
