Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will contribute to Pfizer’s purpose by supporting brands and working on assets at different stages of the lifecycle. They will report to a Brand Director and work with a cross-functional team to develop brand strategy and deliver brand campaigns.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will display operational excellence, bring customer and marketplace insights to the team, and execute marketing plans adapted to local needs. They will also have experience managing budgets and agency partners.

Requirements
- Graduate or graduate level equivalent
- Fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice
- Knowledge of NHS – Structures/ Functionality/ Processes/ Partnerships
- Numerate and articulate, being able to communicate at all levels.
- Strategic thinking capability
- Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions.
- Experience of marketing across channels in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a track record of building strong lasting professional relationships.
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
