Role Overview

The Go-to-Market Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of the Private Medical Services business unit. They will help shape and execute marketing strategies that support ambitious revenue, customer acquisition, and business performance objectives.

The role ensures effective planning, delivery, and performance measurement across all channels. The post holder will translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing activity, using data and insights to optimise results and demonstrate return on investment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong strategic marketing planning skills, with the ability to translate customer insights and commercial objectives into effective marketing activity.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing channels and media, including digital, CRM, paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics, customer data, and market insights to inform decision-making and optimise results.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment through effective campaign planning and performance tracking.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience working with external creative, media, or specialist agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
  • Proven ability to thrive in complex, matrix organisations, building effective relationships across multiple teams and business areas.
  • Experience within a regulated industry is essential; healthcare sector experience would be advantageous.
