Pilotcrew AI builds infrastructure for AI Agent Evaluation. We run automated agent evaluations, power human-in-the-loop assessments, benchmark large language models and host AI arenas for competitive testing. Our mission is to make AI agents measurable, reliable, and production-ready through structured, scalable evaluation systems.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business / GTM Co-Founder to join the founding team and lead Pilotcrew AI’s go-to-market, revenue, and strategic growth.
This is a founding leadership role, owning everything from market positioning → enterprise sales → partnerships → fundraising support.
You will work directly with the technical founding team to scale Pilotcrew AI from early traction to a category-defining company in AI evaluation infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from a top-tier institution (Should have completed MBA in the last 3 years)
- 5 years experience in AI / ML / SaaS companies (business side) or early-stage startups (0→1 or 1→10 scaling)
- Early in their leadership journey, with the ambition to help build and scale a company from zero to one
- Operates with a founder’s mindset—takes ownership, executes hands-on, and figures things out
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market & Growth
- Define and execute GTM strategy across enterprise AI teams, labs, and startups
- Build initial customer pipeline (AI labs, MLOps teams, AI safety teams)
- Drive pilot programs → conversions → long-term contracts
- Shape pricing, packaging, and revenue strategy
Sales & Partnerships
- Lead enterprise sales cycles (0 → 1 and beyond)
- Build strategic partnerships with AI companies, research labs, and infra providers
- Leverage network to unlock early adopters and design partners
Market Positioning
- Position Pilotcrew AI as the evaluation standard layer for AI systems
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- Own messaging across decks, website, and investor narratives
Fundraising & Strategy
- Support fundraising (seed → Series A)
- Build investor relationships and storytelling
- Define long-term business roadmap and expansion strategy
Operations & Revenue
- Own revenue targets and growth metrics
- Build early sales, marketing, and ops functions
- Establish repeatable GTM motion
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem (LLMs, agents, infra, MLOps)
- Proven experience in GTM, sales, or business strategy
- Strong industry network (AI founders, labs, enterprise buyers)
- Experience in enterprise sales cycles or partnerships
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast
Preferred Skills
- Prior founding or early-stage startup experience
- Experience in developer tools / AI infrastructure / SaaS
- Fundraising exposure
