Role Overview

Planet is looking for a Senior Manager, Cross-Functional Creative Team, to lead our EMEA-based Creative Studio. In this pivotal role, you will act as both a master of craft and a strategic lead, bridging the gap between global corporate marketing strategies and local, regional field execution.

What You Will Do

You will manage the production of high-impact, multi-channel localized content—ranging from digital ads and email campaigns to regional trade show booths and environmental graphics—while ensuring strict brand consistency across every touchpoint.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design experience, ideally embedded within or supporting a B2B field marketing or regional marketing organization.
• 4+ years of experience managing a creative team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent project, time, and budget management skills, with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving field marketing requests simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience collaborating with regional stakeholders and executives to drive strategic outcomes.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a high-growth, commercial company.
• Experience working with enterprise software and AI-driven design platforms.
