Role Overview
As a Business Process Consultant with a focus on ITSM & CSM, you will help our customers modernize their service organization – strategically, professionally, and of course with the power of the Now Platform.
What You Will Do
You will analyze and model ITSM and CSM processes, find gaps, identify potential, and bring best practices. You will moderate workshops with departments, IT, and stakeholders, and translate requirements into clean process and solution concepts.

Requirements
- Experience in ITSM, CSM, or process/service management (about 2-5 years)
- Comfortable with frameworks like ITIL and can structure processes cleanly
- Process modeling (BPMN, etc.) skills
- ServiceNow basics and first certifications (e.g., CSA)
- German and English language skills
