Requirements
- 5–7 years of account-based marketing or related demand gen experience with ownership of integrated demand gen channels in B2B Enterprise SaaS environments;
- Proven success scaling ABM strategies to generate qualified sales pipeline;
- Experience owning and executing broader demand gen tactics: email marketing, paid search and social, SEO, and conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Proficient experience with modern ABM solutions (Clay – preferred, open to experience with: UserGems, 6Sense, Terminus, DemandBase, Rollworks, etc.), traditional digital ad platforms (AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.), CMS tools (Plenful.com is built on Webflow), analytics suites (GA), marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong).
- Experience managing marketing budgets ($2M-5M+), forecasting spend, and measuring ROI.
- 0-1 growth mindset; collaborative, resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented as we build the demand gen function.
