Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and strategic Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming sales data into actionable insights that drive sales performance, optimize marketing strategies, and support overall business growth.

What You Will Do

Extract, structure, and analyze data from internal systems to generate insights into client behaviors, sales trends, and product performance. Develop and maintain Sales Dashboards and Sales Effectiveness Reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence, with a focus on sales and marketing data.
• Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce, including user and license administration, and leveraging Salesforce for reporting and analysis.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with Alteryx Designer for data preparation is advantageous.
• SQL & Data Tools: Understanding of Azure Data Studio and SQL for querying databases when data is unavailable is a plus.
• Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
