Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will work directly with clients to develop and drive a financial wellness program aligned with organizational goals and objectives. You will provide innovative solutions and employ a consultative based sales approach to acquire new business relationships.
What You Will Do
You will focus on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions, growing sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. You will handle the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non-credit products and services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. You will leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
